Clay Primary & Family Care Center, has proudly served the Orange Park and Middleburg community since 1988. We are still proud to offer the most affordable Family Healthcare in the Greater Jacksonville area for over 23 years.

While we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance, we also understand its not always possible to know when you'll need to see a doctor. That's why for your convenience, we offer same day appointments and Walk-ins are always welcome. At Clay Primary & Family Care Center, we will always happily work with you to get you seen by one of our healthcare providers as soon as possible.

We accept most insurances including Medicare, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AETNA, United Healthcare, Humana, CIGNA and many more. Self pay patients are also always welcome. Dr. Massoud Moshiree & Associates are looking forward to caring for you.
