Since 1988, Clay Primary has been an independent, family–owned medical office, dedicated to serving the Orange Park community. Clay Primary is a full-service health care center, focused on family medicine, pediatrics, and acute care. From toddlers to grandparents, we are here for your healthcare needs.
For over 30 years, thousands of families have trusted Clay Primary with their healthcare needs. We are proud to serve patients from Orange Park, Middleburg, Fleming Island, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine. Our medical team includes board–certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for generations of families in the Greater Jacksonville area.
While we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance, we understand it’s impossible to always know when you’ll need to see a doctor. We are here for you and offer same day appointments and walk- ins. At Clay Primary, we will always see you as soon as possible.

Patients without insurance are always welcome.
